Marin Community Foundation Hosts Event on Sept 7 re: Marin's Aging Population August 6, 2018 Educational Event, Local Events, Marin Aging, Marin, Marin Community Foundation 0 The Marin Community Foundation invites you to a half-day convening of Marin’s health care leaders from across the healthcare continuum to discuss Marin’s aging population and our local health system. We expect this to be an informative and thought provoking session, as well as an opportunity for Marin’s health care community to explore this topic together through presentations, case studies, and discussion. The convening will be held on Friday September 7, 2018 8:30 am -12:30 pm at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. Please view invitation for details. Following the convening, you are invited to take part in a 30-minute, docent-led tour of the Institute and to appreciate I.M. Pei’s trademark use of varied geometric elements and floating staircases, which are featured throughout both the administrative and research buildings. Those participating in the tour will be provided with a boxed lunch to take with them as they depart the Institute. The favor of your reply is requested by August 17.
