SFDPH is updating its contact database and health alerting system for medical providers. If you would like to receive SFDPH Health Alerts by email: Please send a brief email with your name and medical specialty (or professional title if you don’t have a medical specialty) to cdcontrol.dph@sfdph.org by Friday March 30th, 2018. Please put “Health Alert” in the subject line. You will be emailed a personalized link to a portal where you can enter your contact information and contact preferences. If you already receive SFDPH Health Alerts via your preferred email address, or receive them as forwarded emails from someone within your organization, you don’t need to update your information.
